In addition to providing career coaching to people who have experienced mental ill health to help them get back into work, we also support organisations to help them become more inclusive and equitable employers.
We work with clients in the boroughs of Croydon, Lewisham and Southwark who are skilled, talented, motivated and ready to work. We are seeking employers who want to support their community by giving people a chance to demonstrate their talent.
Mental health in the workplace
Approximately one in four people will experience a mental health problem every year in England. That’s why it’s more important than ever that employers are able to face up to the challenges presented by this in the workplace.
As a team of employment professionals working alongside mental health experts, we support employers to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
We work with employers of all sizes and in every industry across South London and the surrounding areas.
Our support is individually tailored and wide ranging, and best of all, it’s free!
The support you receive could include, but isn’t limited to:
- helping you to fill your vacancies
- supporting you to introduce reasonable adjustments for staff members
- monitoring and improving staff wellbeing
- raising mental health awareness amongst your workforce
