We have a Community of Practice (CoP) called the Work Well Network, for employment specialists who work with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) clients. Our members include employees from Status Employment and Thames Reach, as well as SLaM.
To join the Work Well Network your current role must primarily involve supporting people with mental health problems into work. The network is completely free to join.
We hold meetings and learning events throughout the year on a variety of employment-related topics. The key focus of the Work Well Network is to:
- Share tips and best practice with other employment professionals in similar roles.
- Provide support for each other when needed and collaborate on shared goals.
- Enhance learning by sharing a wide variety of viewpoints and expertise.
